Extreme Hardship and cancellation of removal: evaluation aims to demonstrate how the removal of an immigrant would cause extreme hardship to the family member that is a U.S. citizen/legal resident.
VAWA: Violence Against Women Act of 1994 aims to show that the psychological trauma and distress an immigrant (men or women) is facing are a direct result of domestic violence experienced during their marriage to a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
Asylum: aims to depict psychological impact of past trauma or persecution an immigrant has experienced before coming to the U.S. If applicable to you, it will address reasons for not applying withing the one-year deadline.
U-Visas and T-Visas: aims to show the psychological trauma an immigrant is experiencing stems from being a victim of a crime committed in the U.S.
